Serendipity is a large, lakefront cabin on Fern Lake with a stunning view of Whiteface Mountain and the High Peaks region of the Adirondacks. Just steps away from Fern Lake, this large camp has everything you need for a relaxing and fun-filled summer vacation. The camp has been in the same family since 1953 and is filled with nostalgia reminiscent of On Golden Pond. Enjoy a dive off the dock, a BBQ in the fire-pit, puzzles on the screened porch, or a cocktail on the sun deck, take the canoes fo …r a paddle, or walk down to the white Sandy Beach for a warm, clear swim with a spectacular view. Come to Serendipity and play horseshoes, darts, or fish off the dock, because by the lake, we forget to count the days. The camp has four bedrooms; One (1) queen bedroom, two (2) full bedrooms, one (1) bedroom with two twins, The kitchen is well appointed with electric stove, microwave, fridge, plenty of pantry storage and a large assortment of pots, pans, plates, mugs, glasses, and stemware. (There is no dishwasher but you won't mind drying dishes in front of the best view in NY State!) There are two TVs. There is also a washing machine and drying lines on the property. There is a fresh water pump on the property for drinking water or feel free to bring your own 5 gallon jug for the water bubbler.

Pet Policy: Dogs considered. Please add $100/dog for each week or $20 per night with nightly rental (nightly rentals offered during off-peak season only). There is a dog run on the property and Lake Association has a leash law.
Smoking Policy: Smoking outside by fire-pit only. Please clean up your cigarette waste.
Cleaning Policy: Renters agree to keep the camp as they found it for the next renters and agree to report any damages which occurred during their stay.
Linen Policy: Renters agree to bring their own sheets, bath towels, dish towels, and beach towels.
Security Deposit Information: A non-refundable half-down deposit is required to hold the Renters' dates. Full payment is due at least three weeks before rental dates begin.
