This property, held by the Reiners family since 1944, is the former home of a private boys summer camp. This is our 40th rental season. We offer 1 - 4 unique cabins by the week. You have the run of 23 acres of wooded property criss-crossed with paths. Guests share our property and waterfront and have the free use of our Sunfish sail boats, paddleboards, canoes and kayaks. Paddlers will know our small quiet lake as Jones Pond, part of the famous Seven Carries canoe route. Our lake is surrou …nded by a protected state wilderness area and lies between Rainbow Lake and Osgood Pond.

We have about an 90% return rate each summer. We attribute this to some combination of our beautiful waterfront, our small, quiet lake with it's abundant wildlife, our low turnover (you're likely to see the friends you made last summer again), and our decision to be off the grid with no internet or TV. One of our younger guests said it all: "This is Paradise!"

RENTING ENTIRE CAMP: We also offer rental of our entire property for $1700/night with a 4 night minimum or $8500/week. Call for availability. This includes our 4 fully furnished cabins, 3 bunk houses, and the use of our large, fully stocked camp kitchen and dining hall. Guests must be staying on site to use the property.

Rates

Cabins: Deep Woods, Algonquin and Log Cabin rent for $1250/week, St Regis $1550/week. All rates are for 2. Additional guests over age 5 are an additional $125/week each.

Rent 1, 2, 3 or 4 cabins depending on availability.
Deep Woods sleeps 4; Algonquin, 4; St. Regis, 4-6; and Log Cabin, 5.
3 bunkhouses are available to accommodate additional guests.
Changeover is Saturday.

Rent our entire property including 4 fully furnished cabins, 3 sleeping cabins and Hilltop,(our dining hall and kitchen) for $1700/day, 4 day minimum, or $8500/week. The Hilltop kitchen is available only with rental of the entire property.

Pet Policy: We are sorry, but no pets. Not even small, well-behaved, adorable dogs.

Smoking Policy: No smoking or vaping anywhere on our property. Even pipes.

Cleaning Policy: Housekeeping (included in price) is done at changeover on Saturday. Please help us by cleaning out your refrigerator, leaving all dishes and pots clean, and taking out all trash.

Linen Policy: All linens are included in our cabins. Guests using the futons, extra cots, and all bunkhouse guests need to bring their own sleeping bags, pillows and towels.
We do not provide beach towels.

Security Deposit Information: No security deposit is required for individual cabin rentals.
$1000 security deposit required for rental of entire property.
