“Lakes End Lodge is a beautiful spot that is welcoming, well-maintained, and outfitted with everything you need for a peaceful vacation in the Adirondacks. My family has stayed here several summers and everyone enjoys the lakefront decks, both open and screened in, as well as the roomy and super-clean interior spaces. Camps are usually rustic but this one is a few steps above and has been modernized, even has a new walk-in shower. I loved trying out the two-seat kayak as Id only paddled a single one before. The owners are friendly and responsive but never intrusive. We enjoyed building campfires, star-gazing, walks along the lake, swimming off the dock, doing puzzles on a rainy day, spotting loons, and especially we loved the peace and quiet of the mountains. Cant wait to return this summer!”

“We had a great week at Lakes End Lodge. The house and bathrooms were clean. The beds were comfortable and three of the rooms had water views. Our family liked the open concept dinning room and living room, providing plenty of living space. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. We ate many meals outside on the deck at the table. There was plenty of outside seating on the porches (one screened, one not) and Adirondack chairs at a lower level deck. The waterfront was perfect for our family. There was a beach, shallow area for young children to play as well as a dock that was deep enough to dive off. So all levels of swimmer were happy. The lake was interesting to explore and we used the public beach for a "canoe trip" picnic using our own boats and some from the house provided. ”
