Peak Season July 1 through Labor Day Weekend - $5700 per week. Fall Foliage Rate - end of Labor Day Weekend through October 30 - $3750 per week. Off season rentals - $3200 per week. Rentals are FRIDAY to FRIDAY with a one week minimum required during peak season. Longer stays are welcome.
