“Our vacation stay in this camp was absolutely perfect! Toby is an incredible host: great reliable communicator, responsive to questions, genuinely involved with making your stay the best it can be. The camp itself is wonderful: plenty of spaces to relax in: DirectTV/high speed internet worked seamlessly! The kitchen is incredible: fully equipped with anything you'd need. The entire camp is immaculately kept: clean, cozy, comfortable just like our own home. It's an easily accessible camp directly off of Big Moose Road: even in the snowy conditions we were able to navigate the well-maintained roads. We can't wait to return! Thank you Toby”

“This place is great!! VERY CLEAN!! Tons of room for the family. Can accommodate more than 8 if you slept on the many sectionals. Tons of seating options, tons of room in the kitchen. Very nice house layout, with a master suite wing with a door to shut off the other bedrooms. don't hesitate on booking this one its perfect. close to OF and inlet. hiking/snowmobile trail right across the street. absolutely wonderful!!!”

“From the moment we walked into the house we were amazed at how remarkable everything was. Everything in the home is up to date and incredibly clean. They had everything in the house you would ever need for cooking and relaxing. We came for a long weekend with friends. We weren't planning on staying at the house all weekend, but the weather kept us inside most of the time. The house fit us all and was plenty big. The master suite was my favorite part, it made you feel like you were walking into a totally different house. The temper-pedic mattress was amazing. Toby was great to work with, between emailing up to when we were supposed to arrive, to the personal check in call when we got there to make sure everything was okay. He knows how to make sure you are comfortable. Also, they have a Generac generator that keeps you from worrying if the power does go out. We will definitively be renting again. This is the perfect spot. About 20 minutes from Old Forge and minutes from Inlet. Thanks again, Toby for a great place! ”

“Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at the Bear Cabin. From the moment we walked in we were very impressed with the amenities and the quality of the fixtures throughout the cabin. The kitchen with the granite counter tops, 5 burner stove and stainless steel fridge was beautiful and spacious. The living room was grand with 2 different sitting areas (couches were very comfortable) and a stone fireplace that made the space feel very inviting. The second floor loft area was also very nice and allowed us to contain our 2 boys when we were cooking. Bedrooms were great-the Tempur-Pedic mattresses in the master bedroom and second bedroom made us feel like we were sleeping on clouds when we turned in for the night!! Overall, this is one of the best cabins we've stayed at in the Adirondacks. Cleanliness, comfort and getting a true ADK feel is what we look for when renting. We certainly found it! Lastly, it was also a pleasure dealing with the owner, Toby. He was very accommodating to our last minute booking request and even checked in with us the first night to make sure we made it in ok and to see if we had any questions. We will definitely be returning. TR ”

“Clean and spacious. Up to date and high-end appliances and furniture. We were immediately comfortable in this beautiful home. We were thrilled to have seen the young "neighborhood" bear wondering the yards eating grass. We would return to this rental without hesitation.”

“My family went up there this past weekend and had the time of our lives The house was immaculate and absolutely gorgeous...well furnished and lacked nothing. The owner we dealt with was great and took the time to speak with me on several occasions as to things to do and places to go. We will definitely be going back! Have rented tons of places for vacation and this was by far the best! ”

“Myself and 5 others had the privilege of staying in this cabin for four days and it is in a great central location. We were able to bike ride to Big Moose Lake and it is walking distance from The Gleore and The Big Moose Inn. It is only about ten minutes from Inlet or Old Forge, which is great. The cabin is very well decorated and very clean. The communication between the owner was quick and easy. They were very welcoming. We can't wait to book our next trip! ”

“We stayed in this property for a week and had a great experience. This house is new on the market. The transaction went casual but smoothly. There is no formal contract. Just email exchanges and occasional phone calls. The house is spacious and comfortable. The children enjoyed the bunk beds, the play room upstairs, and the nice kitchen. We found the kitchen very convenient. The master bedroom is comfortable. The location is great. It is almost right on Big Moose Lake. You can walk to the boat renting service on the lake. It is also super close to the horse riding place in Eagle Bay. Not too far from Water Safari, the water park. Cell signals are weak in the entire area. We are on Verizon. The house has Wifi. ”
