The Stable Properties offers six unique one to four bedroom cottages surrounded by manicured lawns and acres of meadows and woods fronting directly on majestic Lake Champlain. Every cottage is fully equipped from charcoal grills to wine glasses. There is an on-site tennis court, pick-your-own garden, and small sandy beach.

Our charming one bedroom cottages, the "Cedar" and "Pine" are situated just steps from the water's edge. Our two-bedroom "Orchard" cottage, tucked among apple trees, offe …rs a spacious deck with spectacular views. The "Court" and "Meadow" cottages, located on a rolling meadow with marvelous views of the fields and lake, is a particular favorite of larger families with three to four bedrooms and two baths. The "Lakeside" with two plus bedrooms and three baths offers both private lake access and dramatic views of Lake Champlain and the Green Mountains.
