“This is a nice house but not very will kept up for the cost of renting. However, my biggest issue is beware of property manager/owner. When I arrived at house dishwasher was still running so upon completion, I put dishes away. No biggie to me. When we were ready to depart, I cleaned house cleaner than it was when we got there but dishwasher had some dirty dishes in it and it would not start. So I texted her to let her know. She got message but did not respond.
Contract states she will return deposit 7 days from departure. At 4 and half weeks after our departure I texted her asking about deposit. She said she would mail it out in a few days. We got nothing. I texted again and she said she mailed it out but was keeping $100 because dishes were still in dishwasher! Even though I had to put dishes away when I got there and deposit she returned was 4 and half weeks late! And I tested her! She could have warned me at that point, I would have gone back and hand washed them!
I really dont care about $100 but you spend this much money on a house and get treated like this, its the principle of the matter. I was warned about her because my sister rented this property a few years prior. I wished I listened. She said she was not a nice person. She also had to ask for her deposit back a few times before she got it.
I have rented from this site 2 times prior with no issues at all. Just please beware if you plan on renting this house.”
