DAILY RATE: 3 night minimum * $250 Sunday - Thursday* $400 Friday & Saturday
WINTER RATES:
$10,500 for 2023-2024 Season plus utilities.owner to cover snow plow
$1800 per week
$4,500 per month + $750 deposit for utilities (will either receive refund or bill for difference)

Smoking Policy: Smoking not permitted inside. Enjoy your stogy out back!!
Cleaning Policy: We expect the house to be cleaned prior to leaving. This includes vacuuming, dusting, moping floors, cleaning bathrooms, toilets, etc. Dishes must be cleaned and put away. Cleaning supplies are supplied for your convenience. This truly helps us to avoid the inconvenience of a cleaning fee as most rentals in the area charge.
Linen Policy: We provide blankets and pillows. Please bring your own pillow cases, sheets and towels.
Security Deposit Information: Summer/Fall/Spring: $500 non-refundable security deposit is due at the time of reservation for weekly rentals. Remainder of payment is required 14 days in advance from your scheduled stay. Failure to do so allows owner to release your reservation. Rentals less than one week require full payment at time of lease signing.
-Winter Rentals Dec 1st - March 31st: Half Rental Due as Deposit, Remainder Due within 21 days of stay. Deposit is non-refundable.
-Unlike other rentals, we do not hold deposits and apply deposit received towards the actual rental.

About Us: We enjoy the Adirondack Mountains and have spent much of our lives enjoying the great outdoors and what the area has to offer. We have created many great memories with our summer cottage on White Lake and look forward to now enjoying our winters with the addition of Camp Koskenkorva.
