July & August: $6250 weekly. (Peak Season - Weekly Rentals Only).
June & September: $5025 weekly, if available $750/night with 3 night minimum.
May & October: $4850 weekly excluding Memorial Day week, $700/night with 3 night minimum.
Memorial Day $900/night with 3 night minimum.
** Week of June 24th -July 1st: $ 5,475 **

One week minimum for Labor Day week at $5475/week.

Posted rates exclude Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year holidays and other holiday weekends.

Call regarding availability and any special request November - March ( 30 day advance notice is appreciated during the Holiday Season)

A 50% non refundable deposit is required with signing of lease and balance of the rent is due and non refundable 4 weeks prior to commencement of rental period.

About Us: Our family has been enjoying this beautiful lake for over 40 years. We purchased this property in 2015 and demolished the 2 bedroom seasonal camp built in 1945. We welcome you to our new home and hope you will make many memories as we have on the " Queen of American Lakes ".

Why our property is special: Our Lake House is custom design-built utilizing native & green building materials, located in the desirable Friends Point Association adjacent to the Waltonian chain of islands on the northwest side of the lake in a private setting of five homes a few short steps away from this majestic lake and surrounded by incredible mountain views.
