Piper 3 is located on a wooded lot a 300 foot walk from a 20 X 20 deck in a quiet bay along 3rd Lake. It is a modern, clean, fully furnished 4 season camp featuring 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, capable of easily housing up to 8 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen, large family/dining room, large deck and fire pit, fire place and gas grill and front load washer and dryer, new in 2023. We have internet connectivity, a selection of books, Roku and DVDs are available for use on the flat screen TV. The … bottom is sandy and shallow near the dock for swimming, with a canoe and kayak available for boating and there are plenty of trails to hike throughout the woods. WI FI added for 2018 season, mattresses were replaced 2022.

About Us: We have owned Piper 3 since 2015 and enjoy fishing, swimming and boating throughout the the Fulton chain. The hiking and biking possibilities are endless and start right outside the camp door. Snowmobile trail access is available from the camp, South Shore Rd is part of the trail system and the lakes can be accessed off Petrie Rd 1 mile to the north.
Why we think you will enjoy staying in Third Lake: The dock sits back on a quiet back bay with very little boat traffic. This makes it a perfect place to explore with our 17 foot canoe and 1 person kayak with a beautiful view of Bald Mountain across the lake.
Why our property is special: Piper 3 sits back in the woods away from the lake. It is exceedingly private and quiet day and night.

“My family (5 adults, 2 kids, 1 dog) truly enjoyed our stay at Piper 3 in July 2019. The cabin is perfect for a family or group (master bedroom downstairs, loft style with two full, two twins on second floor) and only a short walk away from the quiet waterfront. Since the dock is located in the bay, it was perfect for kayaking (especially beginners) and relaxing without having to worry about large wakes or boat traffic. The cabin is quaint and comfortable - the photos do not do it justice! While just minutes away from Old Forge, the cabin is a true escape from the bustle. The owners made sure we had everything we needed (and backups) before we arrived and were always responsive when we emailed or texted. We can't wait until our next stay at Piper 3.”

“Our family along with another family rented this adorable cabin in the woods. It was our friends 1st time ever up in the adirondacks and I must say we picked the perfect cabin to show them how beautiful the adirondacks are. We had the best time here. The cabin was very clean and well taken care of. It was a lil peice of paradise tucked away in the woods. We could let our lil ones outside and play on the deck and in the yard without any worries. We will definitely be renting from this wonderful family again for sure. So if you want to get away relax and make a lifetime of memories this is the place to be. We give 5 stars”
