Our fire pit will provide hours of pleasure and tasty S'mores. The master bedroom features a King size bed. The second bedroom has a Queen, 2 twins. A full size bed … completes the sleeping arrangements in the downstairs bedroom. Gas BBQ Grill, Washer/Dryer, Cable TV, INTERNET, Linens, telephone, Gas Fireplace, fire pit, fully equipped kitchen,(no dishwasher), Smoke free home,(no smoking allowed indoors) pets welcome at additional charge. Church Pond is surrounded by private land with no public access. There are no motors allowed on the lake. Come and enjoy the comforts of our home.

Smoking Policy: There is NO smoking allowed inside the residence. Clean-up of cigarette butts is expected on the grounds.
Cleaning Policy: Clean out the refrigerator. Leave no food or drink in it. Empty all garbage into cans provided. Clean stove, range & grill, counter tops, sinks and appliances. Wipe all surfaces so that they are free of grease and food. Clean bathrooms (include tubs, toilets, sink, shower) and make beds. Vacuum/mop floors. PLEASE let us know of any broken/damaged property so we may replace/repair for the next tenants.
Linen Policy: All sheets and towels are provided. Used sheets and towels should be laundered and put back to original areas.
Security Deposit Information: There is a refundable $200 damage/cleaning deposit that will be added to the rental total. 50% of the total rental amount would be due ASAP to secure the dates. The other 50% of the rental amount will be due 6 weeks prior to your stay. We do not accept credit cards. Personal checks are accepted.
