$2750 per week for July, and August. $2500 for June and September.
$425 per night for July and August - $375 per night in June and September - 3 night minimum. Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. We give preference to full week rentals

Cleaning Policy: Leave camp in orderly condition. Clean out refrigerator. Wash dry and put away dishes. Dispose of all trash ( there is a transfer station in Old Forge)
Linen Policy: No linens are provided.
Security Deposit Information: $350 refundable security deposit. Deposit will be refunded within 30 days after rental period upon satisfactory inspection of property .
Half the rental rate is payable upon returning a signed rental agreement.
The balance of the rental rate plus a $350 security deposit is due 90 days prior to the first day of the rental period .
Cancellation policy: 100% if 120 days or more prior to check in. 50% if 90 days or more prior to check in. 0% if less than 60 days prior to check in.
