Saint Williams Long Point offers complete privacy on this "boat accessible only" retreat. The lodgings include single beds in 4 different rooms, for a total of 15 beds, (14 twin and one full bed) shared baths, large living room, full kitchen, large dining room and a covered porch for eating outdoors. Many picnic tables and seating scattered around property with several hiking trails. The historic Saint Williams Church which is on the National Register of Historic Places sits nearby and is used …for concerts, weddings and gatherings for the community. An outdoor fire pit can be the place to relax and talk and enjoy the sunset over West Mountain. Rentals of boats are available from area marinas on Raquette Lake. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. Wi-Fi is available at no cost.
Alcoholic beverages of all kinds are permitted at your discretion and with moderate use.
Several nearby marinas have a variety of boats for rent. Call for details.

We maintain an entirely stocked kitchen with dishes for 20 people, and pots and pans, serving dishes, silverware and cooking utensils. We have bake ware if you like to bake. We provide two microwaves, two coffee pots, two toasters and a K-cup. Two stainless refrigerators are brand new and can accommodate your food storage. We have four 8 foot banquet tables and 20 folding chairs if you have additional guests.

Cleaning Policy: The property is cleaned between rentals. However, it is required, that premises be left in good order, and the same condition as when you arrived. Remove all food from refrigerators and wipe clean. Kitchen dishes must be washed along with cleaning of stove and oven. Bathrooms, showers and toilets should be cleaned. Just apply good house keeping methods. Cleaning supplies are provided along with everything to facilitate daily upkeep during your stay with us.

Linen Policy: Bring your own linens and towels, and remove them when you leave. Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are provided.
Security Deposit Information: To reserve, 50% deposit at time of reservation. If cancel within time to re-rent, refund will be granted less $100 fee; if not able to re-rent lose full deposit.
$300.00 Security Deposit for cleaning and maintenance, which can be returned if rooms and grounds are left in appropriate order.

About Us: St. Williams on Long Point is run by a Board of Directors. In addition, we have a caretaker and an innkeeper. We pride ourselves on making your stay a wonderful experience by anticipating your needs prior and during your stay with us. Ask about any special arrangements or concerns, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Why we think you will enjoy staying in Raquette Lake: It is the best of all worlds for lake activities - fishing, kayaking, canoeing, boating, watching sunsets all create good memories. Sitting by a campfire to relax and look at the stars. Go by boat into our small town of Raquette Lake for an ice cream cone, or take a trail for a hike. There are usually free concerts or programs on Thursday nights to enjoy in July and August.

Why our property is special: Because St. Williams is a boat accessible property, like most of Raquette Lake homes, your stay will be a quiet and peaceful as you could possibly require. We are a perfect place for reunions and family gatherings, corporate retreats, and group rentals.
