Historic Ticonderoga is a quick drive north with the famous fort and battlefields. This property offers something very wonderful … and unique with a lakeside living room and deck with spectacular views of the lake. This deck invites lakeside dining with a nice wicker table and chairs. Internet access is provided. The roof of the boathouse building also has a large deck that overlooks the lake with Adirondack chairs and chaises for sunbathing. Two lake side patios with chaises provide additional lounging. The property has a large yard and sandy lake bottom that is wonderful for families with children. A stone fire pit is also located in the yard and is great for bonfires. A dock space is available.

Post Season:
Labor day Weekend- Sat at 4. pm thru Monday at 4 pm $3,000.00 Call for availability
September 5 thru October 15 Min. 3 nights- $1,250/night
50% non refundable deposit will be required upon contract signing for weekly rentals. Owner, at Owner's discretion, may refund if property is quickly re-rented. A contract cancellation fee will be charged if money is to be refunded. All other rentals will require full payment in advance.
4% Warren County Occupancy Tax is Renter responsibility and not included in rates. Owner will collect 30 days prior to rental with final deposit.

Smoking Policy: No Smoking allowed in any of the buildings. Grounds must be policed for cigarette butts. Security deductions will be made at owners discretion for violation of this policy.
Cleaning Policy: In addition to the cleaning fee, renters are expected to leave the property in the condition as they found it. This includes the boat house. The cleaning fee is for final touch up to put the premises in its final rentable condition -as clean as when you arrived. We do not expect the floor washed unless it is in an unsanitary condition that you created. We do expect vacuuming and a whole house vac is available for your use. We expect the toilets and showers, including shower glass, to be cleaned and dishes washed. We expect all counters to be wiped clean and the appliances to be clean, emptied and free of all food and crumbs. The grills are to be cleaned. All garbage and recycles to be properly secured and left in the garage or the Trash shed adjacent to garage. Trash bags will be provided. All furniture must not be moved and outdoor furniture must be re-placed where it was found.
Linen Policy: We will provide linens and bath towels. Renters are to provide beach towels. Linens and towels are to be washed and folded at the end of stay.
Security Deposit Information: $1,000 refundable security. Any damage beyond the $1,000 will be sought against the renter as per the contract.
Cleaning Fee $375
-Cleaning fee and security deposit will be due one month before taking possession together with the balance of the rental.

Why we think you will enjoy staying in Silver Bay: This property provides the best lakeside access to the waters of Lake George. It includes outdoor seating consisting of over 38 seats. There is a large fire pit, picnic table that seats 8, a weber charcoal grill, a lakeside park grill, 2 lakeside patios, lakeside deck with table,10 seat table for outdoor screen porch dining, ample additional seating on screened porch. Smart TV's in every room, including the screen porch. Upstairs, there is a coffee bar with sink and under counter refrigerator

Why our property is special: A picture tells a thousand words. Each picture you see is yours alone to share when you stay at this property. This property, consisting of apx. 150 feet of lakefront and a large flat lawn area, provides privacy and separation. The dock complex will provide hours of fun, fishing, kayaking and swimming. The property also includes a swim float and kayak which is exclusively for our guests' use. A dock space is available.
