“We had a wonderful stay! The Chalet was clean and spacious and the kitchen was awesome! The dock is ideal for watching boats travel through the channel and offers great access to Third and Fourth Lake to canoe and kayak. The stone firepit was perfect for late afternoon fires. The owners were quick to respond and very accommodating. We would definitely come back again!”

“My friends & myself (3 couples) stayed here at the end of June & had a wonderful time. The house was perfect. It was open & inviting, especially the kitchen with its wood slab. The deck overlooked the water for a beautiful & relaxing view. I even saw a hummingbird! The water is a little further down the hill, but the walk is worth it for the view. Allison was very responsive & super easy to deal with. Would highly recommended!”

“What a charming place! We rented the chalet for Memorial Day weekend and although the weather was cold, we had a wonderful time. We played games, watched movies, had campfires, and enjoyed the view. The chalet is clean, well stocked with daily living and cooking tool essentials, and the owners were quickly available for any questions. One thing to keep in mind that is a bit different from other home rentals is that you must dispose of your own trash or bring it home with you. The owners are up front about it in the contract, but just make sure you plan for it! We enjoyed the kayaks and row boat, but you may want bring your own life jackets. They have some, but theyre small. The chalet isnt far from town (about 5-6 miles) but drive slowly on the road to the chalet. Lots of wildlife along and in the road! We had a wonderful time and made great memories with our family! Thank you!! ”

“We stayed at Dausons Bluff in June of 2020, for my daughters graduation. The upstairs loft was plenty big enough for my daughter and her 3 friends. They loved having that space to themselves, and they had their own bathroom (huge plus!!). They spent their days on the dock, hiking, hanging out by the bin fire, or watching a movie in the living room. My husband and I spent our time on the deck, looking over the bluff at the beautiful sunsets over the lake!! The kitchen is amazing!!!!! The eat at island is large enough to fit 6-7 people!! We had a make your own pizza night, a taco bar, design your pancakes for breakfast. This camp just feels like home from the minute you walk in. You have other homes around you, but honestly, we felt as though we had tons of privacy. We cant wait to go back again!!”

“Awesome Lake home, very comfortable and cozy. Indoor gas fireplace was beautiful as well as the views from the all glass wall facing the waterfront. Owners very helpful and friendly. We loved our stay so much, we went home and booked next year but for a longer stay. It is half way between Old Forge and Inlet which we frequent one of the two towns every day. The outdoor fire pit was a focal point for the entire stay. Thank you again, it was a great family outing in a great home that was very comfortable!”

“We rented the chalet in July with our children & grandchildren - the perfect get - away during a covid summer! The accommodations were clean , updated & very comfortable for our needs & the view from the deck is amazing! The owner was extremely easy to deal with & everything was as stated. There are quite a few stairs to the dock but we all got some exercise in .Washer & dryer would be a bonus. Everyone had a great time - hoping to be able to get the family together again for a return trip! Thanks again Alisun!”

“Amazing place!! We had such a nice time. Wonderful views. The owners were very kind and accommodating. The waterfront was awesome. The kids had so much fun fishing on the dock and having the boaters all cheer for them. The only thing that was missing was a washer and dryer but that was a minor thing. Would stay again in a heartbeat. ”

“This is such a charming little chalet with a breathtaking view! It has become our winter home away from home. It's cozy and spacious, but just enough for our needs. There have been some recent updates in the house, which are a welcome addition. In the winter, there is quick and easy access to trails and the lakes (when frozen). One downfall is that the driveway can be icy, but that is the only negative about this beautiful getaway. Would love to experience it in the summer as well. ”

“True Adirondack experience; hiking, swimming, kayaking, and miles of trails. Quint little villages within a few miles; a "hardware"store that has everything (and more) than you could ever wish for. You could spend a day in there,Wine tasting and candy store. 2 beautiful little parks for picnicking, swimming and playgrounds. And now for the best part. THE CABIN- well maintained (recent face-lift) and well equipped for a private relaxing vacation or for entertaining family and friends. A beautiful view from the large deck and the master bedroom. You might want to linger over that morning cup of tea, while you watch the deer, listen to the loons and breath in the fresh air. And you will get plenty of exercise "walking" to the water. I highly recommend this comfortable cabin for your summer relaxing Adirondack vacation.”

“We truly enjoyed our stay!!! The house is beautiful, as well as the property! Be prepared for many steps to get to and from the dock, but just think of it as your daily workout!!!
We would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking to rent in a beautiful area!!”
