This year round boathouse on Lake Placid has all the amenities of a high-end designer home with stunning views of Lake Placid and the Adirondack Mountains. The location has a unique setting with panoramic lake and mountain views seen through every window.

The boathouse has three levels of living space. The main level has a mas …ter suite with en-suite bath. The living room has a large cathedral ceiling with granite fireplace. There is an open floor plan and chefs kitchen with Sub-Zero appliances. The second floor has a large bedroom with an en-suite bath. There is also extra full bath and small office. The lake level bedroom has a large set of French doors that looks out to the interior of the boat room. The best place in the boathouse is the lovely front covered porch with views of Whiteface Mountain, the south Adirondack mountain range, and natures wonders. Parking for the boat is on the left side of boathouse. Canoes and Kayaks are available and stored in the boat room. 6 people max including all children. This is NOT a child friendly rental.

Rates

Weekly rate: $7,700.00 plus 5% tax from June through September. Please contact me for pricing on other dates. I do not rent less then 4 nights and my lowest rate is $850.00 a night during off season (End of October - December - non-holiday and April - May) otherwise it's $1,100 per night.. Lake Placid has a maximum 120 day vacation rental policy so availability is limited.
