“I stayed at Bill's place for 10 days and had a wonderful time. The 200 year old cabin is amazing in itself, beautifully furnished, very comfortable, and with everything I needed to prepare meals. The brook winds around the property and the constant sound of moving water is so calming. My friends and family visited daily and we had a blast soaking in the brook, barbequing, and sitting around he fire pit at night. Bill is a great host, goes out of his way to accommodate you, is on hand to help or answer questions. If you are looking for the ultimate Adirondack experience, this is the place for you to make lasting memories! ”

“We had an amazing weekend stay at the cottage!! The cottage was adorable with large windows facing the brook. It was so relaxing sitting on the back deck with coffee watching the leaves fall and hearing the brook. There was plenty of property to roam and it was fun to gather kindling while walking the trails. We also enjoyed the little bridge over the brook. Wood was provided for the campfire as well as a grill, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine. The owner was so friendly and he also gave us a tour of the beautiful 200+ year old log home also for rent. This is the perfect place for a relaxing stay and Malone is just a 4 mile trip for groceries. We will be returning next year! ”

“Beautiful location. Vacationed with family and grandchildren. Felt like stepping back in time but with all the modern amenities. The children loved playing in the woods. Highly recommend.”

“Members of my family have been trout fishing this area for almost 50 years and in 2015 found ourselves looking for new place to stay as our regular facility was no longer functioning. We stayed in the cabin and found it absolutely perfect for our needs. It is convenient to our favorite fishing locations, private, located in the woods next to a "babbling brook" and very comfortable. We love the Adirondacks and the owners have done a wonderful job decorating and furnishing this cabin, it was like staying in a mini "Adirondack Museum". Listening to the nearby brook while having coffee in the morning was a real treat. The owners couldn't be more friendly or accommodating. We highly recommend this place, even if you don't fish staying in this cabin is a trip back to an earlier time in the Adirondacks but with all the modern amenities.”
