Holiday Shores is located on Route 28 approximately six miles north of Old Forge, near Eagle Bay. Enjoy a beautiful shared beach on Fourth Lake, a tennis court and playground in this well maintained 15 acre association. During your stay guests have access to all of the community amenities including a sandy beach and chairs, a boat dock (available for rent) and launch, fire pit at the beach, tennis court, basketball, baseball field, volleyball, and a children's play area. The surrounding area also offers hiking and biking trails. If you wish to rent a boat, it's a short walk next door to Palmer Point Boat Rentals. Absolutely no pets or smoking is permitted indoors. Cleaning Policy: These are housekeeping properties, meaning you must leave the homes as you found them; broom clean with all garbage and personal belongings removed. A cleaning team will go in the home and professionally clean between guests.

Linen Policy: Linens are not provided. You must bring linens for 2 queens and 2 twins. All beds have comforters, pillows and mattress protectors.

Security Deposit Information: A $500 security deposit is required upon booking and will be returned to you two (2) weeks after your departure date via check.
-Rental Money: 50% of the rental rate is due 6 months prior to your arrival date. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
-Cancellation Policy- If you cancel within 6 months of your arrival date, we will do our best to rebook the home for the same timeframe. If we are able to rebook your home, you will receive your security deposit plus any rental paid less $250 cancellation fee. If we are unable to rebook your home all rental money paid will be forfeited.
