Summer 2025 (1 week min.) / $3,900/week
Fall 2025 (2-night min.) $450/night - $3,000/week
Winter 2025-2026 (2-night min.) $575/night - $3,900
Spring 2026 (2-night min.) $450/night - $3,000/week
Memorial Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day - 3 night minimum
The first 1/2 of the rental is due 6 months prior to your arrival. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellation Policy- If you cancel within 6 months of your arrival date, we will do our best to rebook the home for the same timeframe. If we are able to rebook your home, you will receive your security deposit plus any rental paid less $250 cancellation fee. If we are unable to rebook your home all rental money paid will be forfeited.
