Each comes with its own fire pit surrounded by Adirondack-style chairs, a picnic table and a charcoal grill. Two large decks; a sunbathing/star gazing deck and a dining deck, both overlooking the channel, provide an added outdoor space for everyone to enjoy. The waterfront sitting area is a favorite to sip a morning coffee or an afternoon beverage. Fishing is possible right off the dock and never gets old! Our brand new, ADK-style cottages boast an impressive open concept floor plans, cathedral ceilings, modern and fully equipped kitchens. Beautiful, floor to ceiling stone fireplaces, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, elegant pine throughout and spacious bathrooms provide a modern feel while maintaining ever so charming Adirondack flare! Each cottage offers comforts of a home and has a unique character and style.Two-bedroom cottages sleep anywhere from 4 to 5 people maximum. One bedroom cottages sleep 2 people maximum. The main house has three bedrooms and sleeps 6 people maximum. Excellent, high speed Internet available throughout the entire property, flat screen smart TVs! in every cabin! Boat docking is limited and by reservation ONLY. The Lakes is located just minutes from town (walking distance) and is close to many hiking, biking and snowmobile trails, as well as the popular Enchanted Forest/Water Safari. BOAT RENTALS available on site to our registered guests only. A 20' pontoon boat and/or 17' bow rider are great for exploring the area from the water. We offer full day and half day boat rentals.

October - November (Columbus Day three night minimum; prices may vary) two-night minimum $225 weekdays (Sun-Thu) and $250 weekends (Fri-Sun) (excluding holidays)
