Pet Policy: Dog-Friendly! We welcome responsible owners with well-mannered dogs! Maximum of 3 dogs. We love good dog owners. Some of our renters have pet allergies, so you must vacuum the entire house and pick up waste from the yard before departure. We do not allow any other animals in the house!
Smoking Policy: No smoking or vaping inside & no butts in the yard, please.
Cleaning Policy: Our home is kept spotlessly clean, and Team Adirondack-Vacation takes tremendous pride in ensuring it is perfect for every guest. There is a cleaning fee, and the home will be ready for your arrival.
-Before checking out on the last day, guests must ensure the home is in good condition.
Linen Policy: High-quality bed sheets are included. The beds have premium mattresses, comfortable and inviting for a restful night's sleep under beautiful, warm quilts. Extra pillows are on the beds for your enjoyment, and spare blankets are available for chilly nights. Bedrooms are equipped with ceiling lighting as well as lamps that offer a softer glow for reading or relaxing. There is a pack-n-play available if needed.
-Towels, toilet paper, and hotel-sized soap bars are provided.
Security Deposit Information: Non-Refundable Damage Protection Fee: It covers accidental damages to furniture, appliances, electronic devices, windows, doors, and any resource of the home up to $1,500. If damages exceed $1,500, guests agree to cover the difference.
-We have 2 exterior cameras facing the driveway for security on this large property.
