Meet the Owner(s)

About Us: My husband and I fell in love with the Adirondacks when we were young. Later we wanted to build family memories there with our family. We purchased our first property in the Adirondacks over 20 years ago. And now we are delighted to have another home next door. We enjoy hiking (all year), downhill skiing, fly fishing, and swimming.

Why we think you will enjoy staying in Upper Saranac Lake: Upper Saranac Lake is a special place: serene, large lake. Much of the shoreline is protected by the NY State Constitution to remain "forever wild" which means that it is not crowded or overly developed.

Why our property is special: This lakefront home has a nice balance between modern and Adirondack style - not rustic, not too contemporary. The exterior clad in slate shingles and "sho sugi ban", is a traditional Japanese wood preservation technique that involves charring the surface of wood.
