Welcome to our Lake & Mountain Vista! Prepare for breathtaking unobstructed views of Lake Placid and Whiteface Mountain, from our charming private deck and plentiful windows. The condo is my oasis from the chaos of life, I hope you love it as much as I do. The furniture and decor are an expression of my commitment to the natural beauty of the Adirondacks.

The lake deck provides a breathtaking feast for your eyes during every season of the sunrise, and the stunning night sky. You will revel in … an unimpeded constellation of endless stars and brilliant moon. Then come inside for a cozy evening in front of the cracking fireplace. This is your sanctuary of peace, nature, joy, laughter, and awe-inspiring natural views. We have free and private parking on site and are on the middle floor, with just 7 steps up and to our front door. It is located between Lake Placid and Mirror Lake, with a quick walk to town, and local amenities.

There are 2 bedrooms which can sleep 4-5 (a comfy living room couch, if needed, or a full air mattress). Two full bathrooms with showers and tubs. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite full bathroom. The living room is very cozy with a wood burning fireplace and great views. The dining area seats 6 and provides a beautiful panorama view, while working, or enjoying a meal. Our full kitchen has everything needed to enjoy an at home culinary experience for cooking, eating and drinking. During the warmer months there are 3 AC units, so you can have a comfortable summer experience.

The condo is conveniently located at the village harbor with full amenities! It is a quick walk to the boat launch where you can rent a boat/kayak/canoe, go fishing or just enjoy sitting by the water.

About Us: I was born and grew up in Saranac Lake and love the area! This is my second home, my home away from home and I'm sure you will love it here as much as I do!

Why we think you will enjoy staying in Lake Placid: Lake Placid and the Adirondack area is a very special place, with 6 million acres to explore plus an amazing Olympic Village in the middle of it!!!

Why our property is special: It's the location and views! The view from our deck and windows is stunning, of Lake Placid and the surrounding mountains. Plus we have AC, private parking and in the village, right next to the harbor!
