Pet Policy:
If allowed , pets must be supervised at all times. We like friendly, quiet, well-trained , pets that do not shed or cause a problem for others. When outside, pets must be leashed , as we do not have a fenced-in area for pets. Owners must be totally responsible for all actions of their pets. At no time should a pet be locked in the house , locked in a cage alone , or locked in a car. We want your pets to enjoy their vacation too ! There will be an additional charge for each pet.
Smoking Policy:
No Smoking at any time inside of the home. When smoking outside , Please dispose of your butts in an ashtray or the Firepit . Thank you !
Cleaning Policy:
Upon departure, all dishware must be washed and put away. All trash must be secured in separate tied garbage bags (provided) , and placed in our outdoor trash containers. All linens should be left in the laundry room before you leave. We will take care of laundry and making the beds after you leave.. We understand, you are on vacation !
Linen Policy:
All linens and towells are provided by us . We will take care of laundry and cleaning and making the beds upon departure. We ask that you leave the house as clean as time permits .You are welcome to bring your own pillows , sheets , and towels for personal comfort if you wish. We understand, you are on vacation !
Security Deposit Information:
A 50% deposit will be needed to book your rental. The balance must be paid at least 60 days prior to occupancy.Unless you are booking within the 60-day period , in which case , full payment will be required at time of booking. We do ask that you care for our home during your stay and leave it in good order without damage and as clean as possible upon your departure. We want your stay to be pleasant. Advance payments by check are fine, so long as you allow enough time for funds to clear. Pay-Pal , Venmo may also be used . All deposits are non-refundable .
