Pet Policy:
If allowed, owners must keep pet supervised at all times. We like a friendly, quiet, well trained pet that does not bother others. When outside , pets must be leashed as we do not have a fenced in area for a pet. Owners must be totally responsible for their pet action during their stay. At no time should a pet be locked in the house , locked in a cage alone, or locked in a car. We want your pet to enjoy their vacation too ! There will be an additional charge for each pet . Call for details.
Smoking Policy:
We do not allow any smoking inside of our home at any time. You are welcome to smoke outside, we ask that all butts go into ashtrays or the fire pit. Thank you!
Cleaning Policy:
We supply all linens for your stay .However , you are welcome to bring your own . We have 2 full sets of everything . We wash and sanitize, dry and fold ALL bedding and linens that you will use 1 week in advance of your stay. We then store these linens in a locked room for a minimum of 6 days prior to your stay as an additional safety and health precaution. We ask that all guests keep our home reasonably clean during and at the end of their stay. All bedding and linens, should be left in each room inside the pillow cases upon departure. All garbage should be bagged ( bags provided ) and left in the proper containers in the driveway. All recycling products can be placed loosely without bags in the proper container in the driveway . All dishwares and cooking utensils should be cleaned and dried before departure . We have an automatic dishwasher and supply the detergent as well as all detergents and sanitizers for your use of the laundry facility during your stay. We meet and greet all guests and make sure you are satisfied with our accommodations upon your arrival. We want your stay to be a Happy one !
Linen Policy:
We are well-stocked with our own linens, towels, sheets, blankets.We have 2 full sets of everything . We provide fresh linens for every bedroom . These have been washed ,sanitized, dried and folded the prior week of your stay. These linens are locked in a cabinet until your stay. You are welcome to bring your own pillows, sheets and towels for personal comfort if you wish. All linens used should be left in each bedroom inside of the pillow cases upon departure . We will take care of laundry upon your departure. We understand, you are on Vacation!
Security Deposit Information:
A 50% deposit will be needed to book your rental. The balance must be paid at least 60 days prior to occupancy; unless you are booking within the 60 day period, in which case, full payment will be required at time of booking. We do not require a separate cleaning deposit, but ask that you care for our home during your stay and leave it in good order without damage and as clean as possible upon your departure. We want your stay to be pleasant. Advance payments by check are fine, so long as you allow enough time for funds to clear. All deposits are strictly Non-Refundable . All payments made within 60 days of occupancy are strictly Non-Refundable. We ask that you report any and all damage before departure. Thank you . Enjoy Your Summer !
